Conversion of an existing industrial New Orleans uptown warehouse into a “Hip/Cool” Brewery Concept which includes a Full Production Facility, Tap Room with covered front patio, and full service Eatery with a menu tailored for the beer pairings offered.
The challenge for this project lie in the ability for the “beer making process” and a full service eatery act in sync together so that the customer experience is transparent & homogeneous.
