Serving island inspired cuisine, Rumba has quickly become a popular spot since opening in Metairie in the Spring of 2025. MLT has worked closely with the client, along with their interior designer, to bring the concept to the New Orleans area. The existing building has been adapted from a closed-down RadioShack to fit the program of a full-service restaurant and bar.
