An 8,000 square ft. multi-unit commercial retail building located on the highly visible site of a former Taco Bell at the intersection of La.22 & US 190, also known as the “four corners intersection”. The challenge for this site was to provide the retailers as much visibility & height as possible from a site low in elevation relative to the N.Causeway Approach.
MLT Architects worked with the good folks from the Mandeville Permit office, Old Mandeville Architectural Review Committee and Mandeville Site Planning to bring this design concept into conformance and reality. This was a job well done by all parties involved!
